Susan's Continued Journey to CRM part 3

So I’m still moving forward. This week I’m at ARMA Infocon 2024. We are surrounded by the elite in Records and Information Management/Information Governance. There is a lot of information on AI and other forward-thinking technologies but there is also a lot of information on the basics including how to create a records retention schedule and how to market your records program to the leadership of your organization. I am very glad I took advantage of the opportunity to come to this once a year three-day event. I was also able to take advantage of a new addition to the Infocon schedule, a two-day pre-conference course entitled “Essentials of RIM.” This class in particular is going to assist me on my journey. It was an extra cost but as I have been saying, I am going to apply for the ARMA Keystone Chapter’s Lisa A. Broaddus scholarship fund to offset some of the cost. Next time, we’ll walk through the steps on exactly how to do that. “See” you soon!
